Gale Plumbing & Hydronics has been operating as a commercial plumbing contractor in West Michigan since 1988. Since then, our business has grown in its reach, expanding to include a wider geographic region and variety of customers. Currently, we provide plumbing services in West and Southwest Michigan and the Lansing area. We work for a broad range of customers within commercial, industrial, and residential spaces, large or small. We bring 31 years of experience to each of our projects, so whatever your plumbing needs are, you can trust that our team is prepared to handle them. 

Office Staff

Our team has several decades of combined experience in the plumbing industry. We’re not only experts in the field, but we love to put the skills we’ve learned over the years to use on a daily basis while working with our staff and customers. 

Mike Gale, President

Mike brings a lot of industry knowledge to the team with 44 years of experience in plumbing. His duties include project management, estimating, and staff management.

Amy Crosby, Treasurer

Amy has worked for over 11 years in plumbing, and more than 18 years total in the construction industry. Her duties include office management, human resources, and working as the controller.

Spencer Miedema, Service Manager

Spencer brings over 13 years’ experience in the plumbing industry to his position, where his duties include working as the Service Manager, small project management, and service estimating.

Trent Gale, Vice President

Trent has worked in the plumbing industry for 14 years. His duties include project management, estimating, staff management, and working as the safety director.

JD Karsten, Project Manager

JD brings 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry to his position, where his duties include project management and estimating.
